Laminate flooring consists of 90 percent wood, and is manufactured exclusively with wood from domestic and sustainably managed forestry in the flooring production. Laminate is made of several impregnated layers of materials that are thermos-fused together under high pressure. It consists of four layers: First, an overlay consisting of aluminum oxide making the top layer a wear resistant surface. Second, a decorative layer with wood-look pattern that is melamine resin-impregnated. Third, the wood-based core made of HDF (High Density Fiberboard). Fourth, a balancing layer that provides dimensional stability and moisture protection. Eco-friendly European flooring with beautiful trendy colours.
